Skills
WordPress: When it comes to building websites, my main focus is in building simple WordPress sites.
Shopify: I recently (2024) became more familiar with Shopify. I appreciate that it is made to do specific tasks, and it does those well. I would love to take on more shopify projects!
HTML & CSS: I started out hand-coding websites with HTML and CSS. Although I mainly work in WordPress and Shopify now, I still use HTML and CSS often for customization.
PHP & MySQL: I have limited knowledge of working with PHP and MySQL. But I am familiar when a project requires them. Like HTML & CSS, these days I mostly use PHP and MySQL for custom needs on WordPress websites.
Adobe Illustrator: Used often for creating product labels and flyers.
Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom: Used often for photo touch-ups.
Adobe Dreamweaver: Used occasionally when debugging PHP, HTML, or CSS. (or if I need to write something new)
Adobe InDesign: Used occasionally to create product catalogs for print.
3D Tools – Adobe Dimension & Blender: I have minimal experience with Adobe Dimension and Blender, but may be able to help somebody debug if they are stuck on a simple project.
Microsoft Office: I use Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Word regularly. PowerPoint as needed.
Google WorkSpace: I have experience setting up professional Google WorkSpace accounts with email, and using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and some experience with Google Drive.
cPanel / WHM: I have experience creating hosting accounts and applying SSL certificates from WHM along with experience managing those accounts in cPanel.
Photography: I do product photography, including products isolated on a white background to meet Amazon’s terms, as well as some event photography.
